Hazlo Sano – Wellness Chatbot

By using the Hazlo Sano chatbot via WhatsApp, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, we recommend that you do not use the service.

Service Description

Hazlo Sano offers an informative chatbot focused on the four pillars of wellness:

  • Sleep and rest
  • Healthy eating
  • Exercise and movement
  • Emotional and mental well-being

The chatbot provides educational content, general recommendations, and, where applicable, information about products or services related to healthy habits.

Informational nature and absence of medical advice

  • The content provided by the chatbot is for informational and educational purposes only.
  • It does not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional health advice.
  • Use of the chatbot does not create a doctor-patient relationship nor does it substitute consultation with qualified health professionals.

User responsibility

The user acknowledges that:
